As with any other product, if you are allergic to any ingredient included in one of my products - do not use it.
I reserve the right to postpone shipping of my products due to weather conditions - ie - I will not ship my balms or perfumes... during a heatwave for fear of them being a melted mess upon arrival.
These products are all natural and do not have man-made chemicals in them to prevent them from melting in the heat.
I also have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason if the need arises.
I do use delivery confirmation on my packages so that I will know when your package safely arrives at your door.
I am not responsible for your package after it leaves my hands.
The Postal service is to be contacted if they damage or lose a package.
If you would like postal insurance on your package, it will cost extra - just ask and I will invoice you for the difference.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up.
I will not mark merchandise values lower than they are nor will I mark them as "gifts" to try to get around this as USA and International government regulations prohibit this sort of thing.
Also, know your local laws, and please do not order anything that is illegal to for you to import.

I also offer local pick-up and will refund your shipping cost if you let me know you are opting for this option and pick up your order within 7 days.
