Use one in your bath water to softly scent your bath and to sooth tired muscles too.
My Bath Salt "Tea" also works in the shower - just untie the bow and then tie the bag onto your shower head and let the water run through it - being VERY careful to not let it run over or into your eyes.
Any one of my Bath Salt "Teas" also make a great Luxurious foot bath to soak your tired feet.
Directions:
Remove the tags, toss a "tea" bag into your bath tub and run "tea" bag under HOT water for a few minutes until the scent starts to release and the salts and other wonderful ingredients start to give up their beneficial properties to the bath (it takes about 45 seconds or so) - then adjust the bath temperature to suit you.
Relax in the bath tub and let the all natural scent envelope you while you allow the contents of the Bath Tea to pamper your skin as well.
Look for my all-natural solid luxury soaps to match - then you can layer the scent to enjoy it even more.
Ingredients:
Epsom salts, oats, dried juniper berries, powdered milk, dried grapefruit peel, dried orange peel, dried sea kelp, dried rosemary, tapioca starch - powdered, dead sea salts, bentonite clay, dried lemon peel, Dentritic salt, citric acid, flax seeds
I use 4" x 6" unbleached cotton-muslin bags that can be reused and/or composted.
